A woman with shoulder-length brown hair and hoop earrings sits on a beige bench, writing in a notebook with a pen. She wears a sleeveless beige top and loose pants. The background has a white wall and wooden slat paneling.

WHY ME — THE STORY

A bookkeeper, yes. But also a former CFO who's been in your seat.

I've been doing bookkeeping for nearly two decades — but along the way I've also held roles as Lead Accountant, Director of Finance, CFO, and COO. I've built and sold businesses, helped take a company public, raised venture capital, and invested in real estate of my own.
That's not a résumé I lead with to impress anyone. I share it because it's why my clients keep me close: I see your books as more than a P&L. I see them as the story of your business — the struggles, the victories, the dreams you're working toward.
When I onboard a new client, the first thing I ask isn't "what software do you use?" — it's "what are you trying to build?" Because clean books aren't the goal. Helping you get where you want to go is.

How working together looks.

Three steps:

1. A free 20-minute call We get to know each other. I learn about your business and where you want to go. You learn how I work and whether I'm the right fit. If I'm not, I'll tell you and point you somewhere better — I'm honest about that.

2. A clear, custom proposal Within 48 hours, you get a proposal with scope, pricing, and start date. I work with hourly and flat-rate structures depending on what fits your business and budget. No surprises.

3. Onboarding and ongoing care I migrate your books, set up your systems, and deliver your first month within 30 days. From there, you stop worrying about the books and start using them to make better decisions.
